Christoph Westphal - President, SR OneChristoph Westphal assumed the role of President, SR One in 2010. In addition, he is the co-chair of the Scientific Advisory Board of Sirtris, which he co-founded in 2004 and led as Chief Executive Officer until 2010. He guided Sirtris through its initial public offering in 2007 and the acquisition of the company by GSK in 2008. Christoph currently serves on the Board of Directors for Alnara Pharmaceuticals (which he co-founded), the Board of Fellows of Harvard Medical School, and the Board of Overseers of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. He was previously cofounder and CEO of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq ALNY), Momenta Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq MNTA) and Acceleron Pharma. Christoph earned his M.D. from Harvard Medical School and Ph.D. in genetics from Harvard University; he graduated with a B.A. summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia University.
